HR in Healthcare Conference & Expo
Senior HR executives in healthcare and industry experts are invited to submit
proposals for presentation at the 2nd Annual HR in Healthcare™ Conference,
which will be held May 5-6, 2009 at the Hilton NY, New York, N.Y.
We invite you to submit proposals for consideration on any subject that will help the HR function in the healthcare industry and the organizations they support to become more effective and patient-centric. Topics in which we are most interested in receiving proposals include: innovative sourcing and staffing strategies (including recruitment process outsourcing); career path/staff planning initiatives; empowering employee relations practices; talent management issues; leadership development initiatives; change management case studies; physician engagement initiatives; organizational alignment case studies, and effective HR “best practice” case studies. Individuals chosen to speak will have the opportunity to share their expertise with senior level HR practitioners (VP level and above) in the healthcare sector. Presenters must be willing to provide attendees with copies of their presentations and supporting materials. PowerPoint presentations are greatly encouraged, and all presentation materials must be delivered in electronic format to the conference producer (LRP Publications) at least 45 days before the conference. Presentations for “best practices” case studies must include a directly involved subject matter expert at a VP level or higher. In addition, presenters will be asked to partner with us in attracting additional practitioners to their sessions and to the entire conference.
If you have any questions or problems submitting this form, please contact
Angela Wilkinson at (561) 622-6520, ext. 8683, or awilkinson@lrp.com.

PROPOSALS ARE DUE BY AUGUST 1, 2008.
